Sticker replacement

You have changed your vehicle or your sticker is damaged or lost?

Here are the steps to replace your sticker following a change of vehicle, a damaged sticker or a lost sticker:

You have to send you request by email to info@fqcq.qc.ca

For a change of vehicle or a damaged sticker, you must enter: 

• Your sticker number
• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• The reason for your replacement request
• A legible color photo of your old sticker cut in 4 or showing VOID over most of its surface
• If it’s a change of vehicule, also attach a legible photo of the registration.

For a lost sticker, you must enter:

• Your sticker number
• Your first and last name
• Your phone number

Your access right number will not change, but you will receive a numbered replacement sticker and a new printed copy proving that you have been assigned this new sticker.

Please note that a $20 administration fee is charged for the replacement of a sticker.
